1. Shipping range
We provide nationwide shipping. Orders will be delivered to the address you provided during the ordering process.

Once the order is confirmed, we will process and pack within 1-2 business days . For personalized embroidery orders, the preparation time may be up to 7 business days .
3. Shipping time
- Ho Chi Minh City area : 2-4 working days.
- Suburban areas and other provinces : 5-7 working days.

6. Failed delivery policy
If the order is not delivered successfully due to incorrect information or no recipient, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. If we cannot contact you, the order will be held in the warehouse for 7 days before being cancelled.
