RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Exchange

We support product exchange up to 2 times within 7 days from the date you receive the product, with the following conditions:

  • Not a personalized product (including name embroidery, logo embroidery, picture embroidery, gifts, etc.).
  • Still has original tags, unused and no signs of wear.
  • No dirt, damage or signs of use.
  • Full accessories included (if any).

Return process:

  • Please contact customer service via email support@dopapractice.com or Dopapractice fanpage.
  • After confirming the request, we will arrange for the new shipping unit to be delivered, and you will simply return the old item to the shipping unit. All exchange costs are completely free.

2. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days from the date you receive the product, under the following conditions:

  • The product is new, unused, with intact tags and labels.
  • Product is defective from manufacturer or does not match original order.

For cases where customers want to return the product without any manufacturer defect or error on our part:

  • We still support your return but will apply a 20% handling fee of the invoice value . The refund amount will be the remainder after deducting this fee.

Return and refund process:

  • Please contact customer service via email support@dopapractice.com or Dopapractice fanpage to notify the reason for return and refund method.
  • After confirming the request, we will arrange for a shipping unit to pick up the goods. You just need to hand over the product to the shipping unit.
  • Once the product arrives at our warehouse and is inspected, we will process the refund within 3-7 business days via bank transfer or your previous payment method.

Note: We do not accept refunds if the product has been used or damaged due to customer error. We will notify you via email or in writing to you through customer care channels.

3. Special terms for personalized products

  • Personalized orders (including embroidered name products, embroidered logos, engraved gifts, etc.) are not subject to the return/exchange policy .
  • All personalized orders require prepayment , cash on delivery (COD) is not available.
